1. Service Description

ABAOps Shield, developed by ABAOps.ai in partnership with Anchor Networks, provides automated domain security analysis and monitoring services for email authentication protocols including SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance), and DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail).

Our services include:

• Automated DNS record scanning and analysis
• Security score calculation and recommendations
• Continuous monitoring and change detection
• Email alerts for security changes
• PDF and CSV report generation
• Historical data tracking and analysis

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ABAOps Shield's services only for legitimate business purposes related to email security monitoring and compliance. You may not:

• Use the service to monitor domains you do not own or have authorization to monitor
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond normal platform usage
• Resell or redistribute our services without written permission
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

3. Account Registration

To use ABAOps Shield, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

ABAOps Shield offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and limits:

• Forever Free: Limited monitoring with basic features
• Starter: Enhanced monitoring for small businesses
• Professional: Advanced features for growing organizations
• Enterprise: Comprehensive monitoring for large organizations

Billing terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
• Annual plans offer discounted pricing (15% savings)
• 14-day free trials are available for paid plans
• Credit card information is required to start a trial
• Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

5. Cancellation & Downgrade Policy

You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time through your account settings:

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to paid features until the period ends
• After cancellation, your account downgrades to the Free plan
• Downgrading may result in data loss if you exceed Free plan limits
• When downgrading, you choose which domain to keep active
• Historical scan data beyond the Free plan's limits will be deleted

6. Data Accuracy & Disclaimers

While we strive for accuracy, ABAOps Shield's analysis and recommendations are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Complete accuracy of DNS record analysis
• Prevention of all email security threats
• Compliance with specific regulatory requirements
• Uninterrupted or error-free service operation

Our security scores and recommendations are based on industry best practices but should not be considered as professional security advice. We recommend consulting with qualified IT security professionals for critical infrastructure decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABAOps.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Email delivery issues or security breaches
• Damages resulting from reliance on our analysis or recommendations

Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ABAOps Shield's platform are owned by ABAOps.ai or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform or content
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on our services

You retain ownership of any data you submit to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your data solely for providing our services.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key privacy commitments:

• We collect only the data necessary to provide our services
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• We implement industry-standard security measures
• You can request data deletion by closing your account

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes, we will provide notice via:

• Email notification to your registered address
• In-platform notifications
• Updates to this page with a new "Last updated" date

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ABAOps Shield immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Abusive behavior toward our staff or other users

Upon termination, your right to access and use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
